National Civil Service Day in Kota: The Need for Strengthening the Pillar of Justice

In order to commemorate the dedication and hard work done by civil servants of India, National Civil Service Day takes place annually on April 21st. This special day marks the speech delivered by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to the first batch of civil servants, who were addressed by him as the “Steel Frame of India.” To ensure the proper working of democracy, there should be perfect synchronisation between the legal system and the administration of the country so as to protect the rights of citizens from being violated.
I, Prakhar Gupta, who is currently an Advocate in Kota, would like to stress upon the fact that advocacy itself can be regarded as a service to society. In fact, the purpose of advocates is to act as mediators in case of conflict between individuals and administration or any other party, whether property or civil related, making sure that the letter and spirit of law is followed while dealing with matters pertaining to the government.
At our Law firm, we believe in providing strategic legal assistance, keeping in mind the importance of integrity and accountability.
